Homeostasis3 – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Homeostasis3, our intention is to support your holistic wellbeing with integrity and clarity. This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work for our services, digital offerings, and any physical products.

 

  1. Scope of this Policy This policy applies to:

Holistic health sessions & consultations (online or in person)

Coaching/program packages and holistic protocols

Digital products (e.g. e-books, PDFs, online courses, recordings)

Physical products, if/when offered (e.g. herbs, supplements, printed materials, wellness tools)

 

  1. Consultations, Sessions & Holistic Programs 2.1. Single sessions (online or in person) Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable, regardless of results or perceived benefit. Holistic work is individualized and results vary from person to person.

If you need to reschedule, please email us at connect@homeostasis3.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.

 

2.2. Packages & programs Program fees (for multi-session packages or online holistic programs) are generally non-refundable once the program has started and you have received access to materials or sessions.

In exceptional situations (serious illness, force majeure, etc.), you may email us at connect@homeostasis3.com and we will review your case individually. Any partial refund or credit remains at the sole discretion of Homeostasis3.

 

  1. Digital Products & Online Content Digital items include, for example:

E-books, PDFs, guides, protocols

Online courses, workshops, and recordings

Downloadable or streamed content

Because digital products are delivered immediately or provide instant access, they are generally non-refundable once:

The file has been downloaded, or

The course/portal has been accessed or opened.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital content, please contact us at connect@homeostasis3.com and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

EU customers: When purchasing digital content, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that by doing so, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right for that specific digital content, in line with EU consumer law.

 

  1. Physical Products – 3 working Day Return Policy For eligible physical items (if and when offered by Homeostasis3), we have a 3 working-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unopened, unworn or unused

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will:

Send you a return shipping label (where applicable), and

Provide instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Damages and Issues (Physical Products) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged, or

You receive the wrong item

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the situation and work with you to repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

 

  1. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

Perishable goods (e.g. fresh food, certain herbal preparations if applicable)

Opened or partially used herbal blends, supplements, or personal wellness products

Custom or personalized products (e.g. tailor-made protocols, customized plans, special orders)

Personal care goods (e.g. certain beauty or body products, if hygiene could be compromised)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if we ever offer such items)

We also do not accept returns on:

Sale items

Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us at connect@homeostasis3.com before sending anything back.

 

  1. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

Request a return for the item you have (if eligible), and

Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

  1. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Physical Goods) If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, for eligible physical goods.

As above, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unused

With tags (if any)

In its original packaging

With a receipt or proof of purchase

This 14-day cooling-off period does not apply in the same way to most digital content once access has begun, nor to completed services, especially where you have expressly requested early performance and acknowledged the possible loss of the right of withdrawal.

 

  1. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your physical return (or approve a partial refund in exceptional service/digital cases), we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not.

If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it,

please contact us at connect@homeostasis3.com.

  1. No Medical Guarantees Homeostasis3 offers holistic guidance and educational information only. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Refunds are not provided on the basis of a lack of perceived results, as every person’s body, history, and healing process are unique.
