HOMEOSTASIS3 – Shipping Policy

At Homeostasis3, we are committed to delivering your wellness products with clarity, reliability, and care. This Shipping Policy describes how we process and ship orders using ACS Courier and Cyprus Post.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders placed after 3 PM may be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays, high order volume), processing may take slightly longer.
Digital products are delivered instantly via email and do not involve shipping.
2. Shipping Methods (Current Providers)
For the time being, Homeostasis3 offers two shipping methods:
a) ACS Courier
Suitable for fast, door-to-door delivery within Cyprus.
Typical delivery time: 1–2 business days depending on your location.
b) Cyprus Post
Used for standard shipping, including:
- Domestic postal delivery
- International mail
Delivery times vary:
- Domestic (Cyprus Post): 2–5 business days
- International (Cyprus Post): approx. 7–21 business days depending on country
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- The selected shipping provider (ACS or Cyprus Post)
- Destination
- Weight and size of the items
- Any ongoing shipping promotions
4. Tracking Information
All orders shipped with ACS Courier and Cyprus Post (registered services) include tracking.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at connect@homeostasis3.com.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Some items (e.g., certain herbs, liquids, supplements) may face restrictions for international delivery.
Homeostasis3 is not responsible for packages held or rejected by customs in your country. Please verify your local import rules before placing an order.
6. Customs, Duties & International Taxes
For international (non-Cyprus) orders shipped via Cyprus Post:
- Customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply depending on your country.
- These additional charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import fees required.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it may be returned or destroyed by the postal service. In such cases, refunds may not be possible.
7. Delivery Issues
a) Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.
If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify it.
Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional payment to resend.
b) Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check nearby areas and ask neighbors.
- Contact ACS Courier or Cyprus Post using your tracking number.
- Reach out to us if further assistance is needed.
Homeostasis3 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
c) Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the exterior and contents
- Email us within 48 hours at connect@homeostasis3.com
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If your order includes pre-order or temporarily unavailable products:
- Your order will ship when all items are available
- If you want items shipped separately, extra shipping fees may apply
9. Local Pickup (Optional – remove if not applicable)
If you offer this, I can customize a pickup section. Otherwise, I will leave it out.
